Antwerp Zoo is a zoo in the centre of Antwerp, Belgium, located next to the Antwerpen-Centraal railway station. It is the oldest animal park in the country, and one of the oldest in the world, established on 21 July 1843.

Two adults and our 21 year old son thoroughly enjoyed our morning wandering this amazing zoo! The layout was wonderful - a general path that allowed viewing of the habitats from many angles and heigh.
The admission for seniors is 32 Euros which is a lot for a small zoo. But the landscaping is lovely and there is a big butterfly house. It’s a good place for kids with lots for them to look at
