This company is worthless and if you depend on them for emergency calls forget them. They will leave your elderly waiting until the next day.

Find someone else, terrible company. They are not trustworthy and tell people what suits their company.

They haven't fixed the elevator in our building and it's been 2 weeks. I've heard that they aren't really reliable as a company from other residents of my building.
