I'm having mixed feelings on this bank and I'm contemplating leaving this bank for another. It used to be a good bank but I'm the last couple years they've gone down hill. Lots of employees have left

Poor customer service from customer service Ayana. They dont send me anything since i have estatement and still want to charge for not updating mail.
