Wareham is a town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. As of the 2022 census, the town had a population of 23,303. Wareham is a part of the South Coast region of Massachusetts which encompasses the cities and towns that surround Buzzards Bay, Mount Hope Bay and the Sakonnet River.
