Worst customer service. Sales associates are unprofessional and unwelcoming! Stating prices prior to saying hello you can do better Marc Jacobs!

I was surprised at the sales associates at this store. When I walked in, there were 4 associates all at the register talking about ponytails. One turned and looked at me. The others continued talking

A great find in Gilroy. I didn't realize Gilroy had a Marc Jacob's store until I happened by. Beautiful bags at great prices . The sales associate was very helpful .
