Seems to join up multiple green places in the area. Well kept and attractive with lots of people walking with kids and dogs

The park is located in the northern part of the city center. It is a bit higher up, but still easy to access with bicycle or on foot. The park exists since 1890. At the time it was called 'Kaiser park

家族でも犬の散歩でも楽しめる公園です。中には色々な花が植えられ、桜や、藤、ツツジ、シャクナゲ、紫陽花等が植えられ、それぞれの時季で楽しめます。それに鳥の大きなかごがあって様々な色の綺麗な鳥が見られます。子供の遊び場等もあります。
