Soudan is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Breitung Township, Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 385. The community is located immediately east of the city of Tower on Minnesota State Highway 1 and Minnesota State Highway 169.
