Placed a order on line for 2 subs when I went down to pick them up 30 minutes later I walked in and said I was there to pick up an order and the young man behind the counter said he cancelled that ord

Service is awful 4 people working and we waited for at least 10 minutes. Can't believe management allows this. We won't go back.
