service is slow , i know people are understaffed and underpaid and i'm sympathetic to this . that being said when you are staffed maybe have someone take control , not have one of the 6 people working

Never opens on time, 10:25 and still not open , their website and sign says it opens at 10 am, when you ask some one in the building what time they open they just laugh at you and start making comment
