Horrible experience, ended up cancelling service and requesting a refund after the 3rd reschedule. Requested a windshield replacement due to a large crack (car not drivable without getting a ticket).

I had a repair on a small rock crack less than 20 hours ago and the crack is already back. Their only recourse is an $800++ replacement The repair cost was roughly $175. Down the drain!!!
