Jamesport is a village in Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York, on the North Shore of Long Island. At the 2020 U.S. Census its population was 1,609. Jamesport consists of a downtown area and surrounding farms. Hallock State Park Preserve is located north of Jamesport in the adjacent village of Northville.
