1. The brown rice was under cooked (hard). 2. The food was not near hot (completely cold before I finished half of it). 3. Totally and completely dissatisfied with the whole meal.

if you open at 1100 instead of 1045 then amend your hours. and please mention when entering instead of us standing for a few minutes and then mentioning it

customer service is absolutely atrocious, even though I work in the mall I'd rather go to the chipotle five minutes away because how bad their managers talk back to their customers and damn near yell
