Had lunch there the other day, ordered The New Reuben sandwich. What a joke! Sandwich was cold and they used coleslaw not sour kraut who does that?? Not going back.

This is a clean restaurant with a really nice staff. I had never heard of O'Charley's but it came recommended by one of the guys I work with. The food was good enough but I wish we would have tried so

Waaaaay less food for more money. I use to eat here all the time. This was my last time. To go orders use to be places in a styrofoam plate. It's now in a SMALL bowl. This wasn't worth the $24 I paid
