Mezzanino is a comune in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 35 km south of Milan and about 7 km southeast of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,435 and an area of 13.9 km2. The municipality of Mezzanino contains the frazioni Cassinetta, Malpensata di Sopra, Malpensata di Sotto, Busca, Tornello, Alberelli, Palazzo, Maccabruna, Calcedonia, Caldera, and Oratorio.
