Pool troopers used to be fairly good, but they can not hold on to their techs and have a lot of turnover. They hire people with no experience and send them out when they don't know what they are doing

June pool goes green. After complaint to BBB they offer credit and clean up pool. Next month the pool again goes green. I terminate service. Now they are trying to bill me $75 for the pool going green
