Friendly staff and good breakfast sandwiches. Can be very busy so expect a wait. Reasonably priced as well.

Great coffee spot in Springdale. Stopped grabbed a coffee and sandwich before hitting Angeles Landing!! Would definitely recommend and they open early which is a plus.
