The Daisy looks like a boutique market—and the back section technically is—but this all-day spot on State Street is actually where you want to be eating brunch under a yellow umbrella. Located in the Victorian Court, it has a big patio and a high-ceilinged dining room full of people in sundresses or athleisure drinking wine and picking at mezze platters. (Hello, sesame lavash and a dilly trout dip with a rainbow of turmeric cauliflower, pickled onions, and radish.) The sandwiches, like the smoked brisket banh mi, are hefty and satisfying, and there are just as many options for vegans, like the chickpea salad and the pickled beet.
