Jefferson Heights is a hamlet and census-designated place in Greene County, New York, United States. The population was 1,122 at the 2020 census. The community of Jefferson Heights is in the town of Catskill, northwest of the village of Catskill. The building that once housed the community hospital is now a medical arts facility.
