Red Cliff is territory of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin, a sovereign Tribal nation. These lands are located in the Midwestern United States though those borders, published by the United States Federal Government, may not represent the full extent of their ancestral lands as many nations were forced to relocate and their lands taken.
