They are some lazy cows. Very unprofessional, no type of understanding for the customers, and very-unorganized. I rather my items be delivered through ups not fed ex. Especially this downtown location

There is a sing at my apartment complex and it read's fedex, Amazon etc plz leave packages inside and the still leave packages outside!!!!!.
