Awful food and service. Not friendly cold food and just over all bad service from this company

Really?! Zero flavor. Just like how chocolate and vanilla or coffee flavors at Dairy Queen tastes the same, same story here. Settled on mixing chocolate and vanilla with Kit Kat as a mix in. Can't fin

We love cold stone, but this had to be the worst experience we've ever had. The service was absolutely horrible and they were extremely rude. Some people left the line after the way the staff behaved.
