Went to the store to submit a claim. Staff is not here at it's 5:50 pm. Nearby vendor told me someone else waiting over an hour to shop but still no staff. Please update hours of operations.

Samsonite is an amazing brand and their warranty is too good to be true! I have been using their luggage for over 10 years! The service at this location is great. They know what they are doing.
