Worst shuttle system of any airport in America. Absolute joke. They don't care how long you have to wait. We waited 30 minutes for a bus. Completely unacceptable

Whoever was working the shuttle for East Lot - Drop Off only (B term), around 9:30 PM on 9/22/2025 needs a lesson on how to treat people. He was mean, rude, condescending and all around not pleasant.

I like Sac airport and parking. There was plenty of parking, only cost $11 a day and you can take a picture of the sign of the area you parked in to make it easier to find your car. You catch a buss /
