Ontario has the worst service. No wonder the store is always empty or no people even every other stores are full. Selection is good. Value is cheaper than Tumi. BUT cheaper comes with lousy quality!

Had a great experience at the Samsonite outlet. I brought in a suitcase I originally bought at Marshall's after the zipper broke. Even without the original receipt, they checked the tag inside, confir
