I have been there twice and each time Gloria has fix my problem. She is very knowledgeable about the vacuums and I wll always go to them

Nice lady. Informative and friendly. Unusual parking situation, but, parking is available. Vacuum works great again.

I've been using Miele vacuums for 30+ years. I am so grateful for Gloria at Roosevelt Vacuum. Some outfits send machines elsewhere to be worked on. Not Gloria. She knows these machines inside and out.
