We waited for 30 mins at the window to pick up our mobile order tonight only to come home and find that our daughters Jr bacon cheeseburger had no meat patty on it. This Wendy's is the worst fast food

What's taking so long in the drive thru??? Needs to be improved asap because this has been an issue for years. Plus the food is too good for the service not to match
