Got a burrito from this location and the rice was hardly cooked. Crunchy and had to throw the whole thing away. The bare minimum of a decent burrito is atleast fully cooked rice. The staff do not care

premises was grubby, burrito was sloppy. staff couldn't care less. Atmosphere was meh.
