I needed air in my tire and the employee tells me the air pump doesn't work. Why isn't there a sign stating that it's out of service.

Why does mobil allow Access drivers to just chill and finish their paperwork at the pumps? Very frustrating when all I see are Access vans and cars taking up space after they have finished filling up
