Passive Stretch.. You need to have a strong person if you are a 200 lbs plus person to get stretched.

So put in wrong section for review. Great place to stretch your body Jake helped me and was awesome, feel a lot better. If you have tight muscles and joints check it out. Highly recommend Jake.
