酒店为2025年新开业,硬件和卫生还不错,但发生了几件事,让人感觉前台服务真的是非常非常差。第一件事:本计划26.1.1当天住一晚,因为行程变化,所以续订一晚,故1.1和1.2均在此入住。因为怕续订影响1.2门卡使用,所以1.1下午在网上续订后,特意立即去前台沟通续门卡相关事宜,前台操作后表示2号晚上门卡已续完,1.2和1.3门卡也可正常使用。结果不出意外意外发生了,1.2下午回酒店的时候,门卡果然不能用,又去前台沟通此事,此时前台说辞来个180度转弯,表示续房当然要重新续卡啊,我说就因为怕续房房卡不能正常使用,所以1.1下午特意因为此问题来沟通且操作过,当时前台表示1.1、1.2和1.3房卡均可正常使用才离开,此时前台又狡辩说那可能是续卡系统有问题云云。第二件事:1.2中午定了杯水,1125接到骑手短信说机器人送,20分钟之后依旧没收到,打电话给前台,询问什么时候才能送,此时前台才安排机器人送水。第三件事:1.3早上定了2家外卖,收到其中1位骑手电话说机器人送,机器人到门口,取完外卖关闭舱门的时候,发现机器人舱内最深处还有物品未取,感觉像是第2家外卖。但此时机器人舱门关闭已无法打开。当时房间门口正好有工作人员,询问此事如何解决,工作人员立即联系前台,告知前台机器人舱内有遗留物品未取,让机器人再送一遍。一分钟后,工作人员告知让我自行联系前台,理由是前台回复说机器人舱内没有遗留物品。于是我立即打电话联系前台说明此问题,此时前台全然不提舱内未发现遗留物品的问题,只说会安排机器人再次派送。因为担心遗留物品会被别的客房取走,所以我亲自下楼去前台确定。此时发现前台并未安排机器人再次派送,机器人正在休息,并未工作;前台也没有任何一位房客在等待入住或退房。我叫来前台工作人员打开机器人舱门,发现遗留物品还在舱内,我取走了舱内的外卖。前台自始至终没有对工作疏忽和渎职说过一句抱歉。更可笑的是,回房间后不久,机器人上门了。总体来说,酒店硬件还是可以的,但前台服务确实非常非常差,还需要加强培训,亟待提高服务意识与工作责任心
