I think its also quite good as an introduction to our guesthouse hotel, so Ill borrow itOur family spent a 26-day vacation here. We booked two rooms on the 19th and 20th floors. The rooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with brand new furniture and crisp white sheets. Sheets and towels can be changed upon request. The landlord is very welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer any questions or concerns we have. The room features a small kitchen separated from the main bedroom by a glass wall and door. The kitchen includes a stove, range hood, electric kettle, and cabinets. Although the kitchen has not been renovated, all facilities are functioning properly. The room is equipped with a frying pan, rice cooker, and dinner plates. We purchased forks and spoons separately. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink with a cabinet. The shower room on the 19th floor is separated by a heat-insulating wall; however, the room on the 20th floor does not have one, which is common in Asian hotels. The water heater is located on the balcony, so you need to let some water out before you can use hot water. The room has a spacious balcony with beautiful sea views. There are tables and chairs and a washing machine on the balcony. We also liked the clothesline, and I plan to buy one for my home; its very convenient. The location is excellent The sea is right across the road. Turn left about 100 meters to reach the pedestrian crossing. Turn right is a bit farther, but we prefer the entrance to the sea on the right - its shallow yet deep. The beach is sandy and there are no lounge chairs, so we bought beach mats. The apartment landlord also provided beach towels. Turn left out of the door and there is a small shopping center around the corner. There are KFC and Pizzahut inside, if you want to eat European food. There is also a café on the first floor with affordable prices and good taste. There is a supermarket on the second floor where we bought some daily necessities. There is also a bank on the first floor with a 24-hour ATM. Using a Russian card for withdrawals is more cost-effective than using a Chinese card, with lower transaction fees. Crossing the supermarket, there is a street on the left filled with cafes. They offer various flavors of seafood and Chinese food. The portions are generous; we ordered soup and they brought a pot. We ate it, packed it away, and reheated it in the room. There are not many people on the beach. But be prepared for locals singing and dancing on the paths and areas around the beach from 8 am to 9 pm. Its especially busy at night. We didnt find it noisy.
