菜量不够,煎焗竹肠份量偏少,这家餐厅的性价比不太划算,菜品的口味还可以吧,半个小时才上一个菜,服务非常不行,人员都不够怎么开店啊,叫下个单,叫3次都没有🈚人来的,真的是非常恼火😡,这家点才刚开没多久,就这么差,真的是我吃过最差的一架店,大家以后不要来的,才7点钟就什么都没有了,人又不多,真的服了
葱油鸡 白切鸡为底,淋滚油爆香葱段。鸡皮如琥珀凝脂,皮下薄冻轻颤,葱香如烟渗入肌理。嫩肉滑若新剥荔,骨缝透出清鲜,葱油之香不夺本味,反勾出更深邃的鸡韵。 咕咾肉 肥瘦相间梅肉裹琉璃脆衣,酸甜汁稠亮如琥珀。入口先脆后糯,菠萝热香解腻,青椒脆甜提鲜。镬气锁于肉中,酸甜不呛喉,竟有几分岭南暑气里的清爽。 蒸山坑皖鱼 山涧活水滋养的皖鱼最宜清蒸。鱼背乌青如黛,腹银似雪。姜丝葱段轻覆,蒸时掐准火候,鱼肉离骨不散,滑嫩若云。山泉清甜凝于脂间,无土腥唯留鲜。 上汤桑叶 桑芽碧玉缀金汤,皮蛋咸蛋黄共舞。桑叶微苦回甘,纤柔带齿劲,上汤醇厚如绸。皮蛋凝脂释出硫香,咸蛋黄碎散落成金沙,野蔬时令感破汤而出,苦尽甘来。 四味合鸣 葱油鸡是泼墨写意,咕咾肉乃工笔重彩,清蒸皖鱼若山水留白,上汤桑叶则似田园小品。四味铺开岭南食单,鲜字为纲,镬气作魂,江湖至味尽在分寸火候间。
