添禧·重庆莱相传湖广填四川时,添禧重庆菜创始人杨长发祖上从湖南迁移到四川重庆府,诗书耕读数代后家道中落(1922年)杨长发定居于重庆磁器口古镇,因磁器口码头商贾云集,客流穿梭便开始沿街叫卖“梆梆糕” 后生意日隆,娶妻生子(得名添禧)就以其子名在磁器口街上开设“添禧重庆莱”独创红炉、砂锅为器,牛油辣椒老卤、猪血旺、毛肚为菜,制成享誉中外的“毛血旺”专供南来北往的商家食用,名声大噪。 后经重庆历史岁月变迁..磁器口几经风云,添禧.重庆菜得于磁器口后街原址保留重建,专工重庆家常菜技艺传承百年始盛不衰。
