昨晚在慢宋·壹号宴的园林包厢，体验了一场真正“慢宋”的黄酒私宴。空间由慢宋酒庄亲自运营，窗外是园林，屋内是细腻考究的中式雅致。 当晚品鉴三款黄酒： 「慢宋·经典」清爽型，开场温柔； 「慢宋·珍藏」香气深沉； 压轴是「2020单一年份」清爽型，仅限量三万瓶，以东北稻米和2020年绍兴寒冬酿成，口感纯粹有力，收尾悠长。是一款献给苏东坡的作品。 菜品与酒配合得恰到好处，鹅肝烩饭特别惊艳，两道鱼类主菜也展现出层次分明但不过分复杂的味型。整体节奏舒缓克制，是视觉、味觉、节奏的三重享受。 适合纪念日、约会或高质量朋友聚会。需提前一天预约。 We spent the evening at Man Song No.1 Banquet Room, a serene private dining garden space run by the Man Song Winery. It was a quietly spectacular setting—woodwork, garden views, and refined décor steeped in Song Dynasty elegance. We tasted three yellow wines: “Classic”—light and floral, “Reserve”—deeper and more structured, and the 2020 Single Vintage—a pure, unblended crisp-style Shaoxing wine made with northeastern rice and cold-year character, bottled at just 30,000 units. Bold, clean, and enduring on the palate—an homage to Su Dongpo. The menu was just as thoughtful: foie gras risotto matched the wine beautifully, and two standout fish courses brought clarity and finesse without overcomplication. The pacing was measured and mindful—the whole evening a quiet study in slow indulgence. Perfect for anniversaries, date nights, or refined group dinners. Book at least a day ahead.

I deliberately delayed my review of Mansong. Every time a few check-ins and reviews go through, a wave of interest is created, and I believe Opera deserves multiple waves of interest. We were received with hospitality and personable service. The tables are upholstered and feel luxurious, and the chairs are very comfortable, so we were feeling cozy and special from the get-go. Then the food started arriving. We were treated with a medley of entrees. A sweet guava bite, topped with salty caviar and tangy mint. It melts in the mouth. Spicy marinated thin slices of asparagus squares, Soft, chewy duck tongue with a bit of crunch, fluffy hydnum mushrooms in truffle sauce. A bit from every taste sensation. The chef is clearly highly capable. A great start. Next came eel and fish maw. I have never eaten fish maw. I found it to be delicate a oh so delicious. It was served with a half an eel. plenty for everyone. The fish dishes really wowed me. The steamed yellow crockery was served with a light spicy green type of salsa. Sooo good! Every sauce is a masterpiece, especially the sauce served with the pandan tofu. The snowflake beef with black garlic was superb, but I think my favorite was the foie grass risotto. A bit al dente, yet creamy and oh so umami in the mouth. We also had stewed egg in longing tea mousse. Very delicate, and not sweet. a great ending to a delicious meal. All the while we enjoyed great sparkling, and later special yellow wine, paired with the dishes. It was a fine dining experience to remember. One of the things I love about the place is that it feels somewhat hidden and exclusive, even though anyone can book and experience the lovely food and the comfort of the beautiful dining room and gorgeous terrace exterior. My favorite elevated experience this month. .
