昨晚在慢宋·壹号宴的园林包厢，体验了一场真正“慢宋”的黄酒私宴。空间由慢宋酒庄亲自运营，窗外是园林，屋内是细腻考究的中式雅致。 当晚品鉴三款黄酒： 「慢宋·经典」清爽型，开场温柔； 「慢宋·珍藏」香气深沉； 压轴是「2020单一年份」清爽型，仅限量三万瓶，以东北稻米和2020年绍兴寒冬酿成，口感纯粹有力，收尾悠长。是一款献给苏东坡的作品。 菜品与酒配合得恰到好处，鹅肝烩饭特别惊艳，两道鱼类主菜也展现出层次分明但不过分复杂的味型。整体节奏舒缓克制，是视觉、味觉、节奏的三重享受。 适合纪念日、约会或高质量朋友聚会。需提前一天预约。 We spent the evening at Man Song No.1 Banquet Room, a serene private dining garden space run by the Man Song Winery. It was a quietly spectacular setting—woodwork, garden views, and refined décor steeped in Song Dynasty elegance. We tasted three yellow wines: “Classic”—light and floral, “Reserve”—deeper and more structured, and the 2020 Single Vintage—a pure, unblended crisp-style Shaoxing wine made with northeastern rice and cold-year character, bottled at just 30,000 units. Bold, clean, and enduring on the palate—an homage to Su Dongpo. The menu was just as thoughtful: foie gras risotto matched the wine beautifully, and two standout fish courses brought clarity and finesse without overcomplication. The pacing was measured and mindful—the whole evening a quiet study in slow indulgence. Perfect for anniversaries, date nights, or refined group dinners. Book at least a day ahead.
