扔衣服、甩脸子，这家店的服务员态度只能用品性恶劣来形容。 一直很喜欢montbell品牌，无论是外观还是品牌基因，一直觉得“Function is beauty”和“Light & Fast”是很精彩的概念，也很符合户外人。难以想象montbell中国团队可以把线下门店运营成这个样子。 我在店内购入了6件衣服，带我的店员虽然情商也不太高，但品质不坏，我最终购买了6000+的商品。在结账的时候，负责我的店员把我的衣服叠好放在结账台，然后突然一个土气的圆框眼睛胖女人店员突然走到电脑前大叫，说“不要挡着我弄东西”，把我的6件叠好的衣服裤子当着我的面扔到一边。其实我能懂她的心情，长相身材带来的自卑感、以及看到同行开单时的嫉妒心，但这就是Montbell中国所招聘的店员吗？这就是Montbeel中国想带给消费者的羞辱体验吗？ 最好笑的是，他们的收银台上，有店员用过的脏纸团，极不专业。 我不知道这是否是Montbell整体的调性，会层层投诉，让总部市场部知道这样的恶行。到底想不想做生意？是来教训客人还是卖衣服的？还是说得买个16件衣服才能得到Montbell的重视？ Throwing clothes and giving customers the cold shoulder—the attitude of the staff at this store can only be described as having a severe lack of integrity. I have always been a big fan of the Montbell brand, appreciating both its design and brand philosophy. I found concepts like "Function is beauty" and "Light & Fast" not only brilliant but also perfectly suited for outdoor enthusiasts. It's hard to imagine that Montbell's China team could operate a physical store at such a substandard level. I purchased six clothing items in the store. The staff member assisting me wasn’t the most tactful, but I didn’t sense any ill intent, so I went ahead and bought over ¥6,000 worth of merchandise. However, during checkout, as the staff member folded my clothes and placed them on the counter, a stout woman wearing unfashionable round glasses suddenly approached the computer, shouted, "Don't block me! I need to work," and threw my six neatly folded garments aside right in front of me. In a way, I can understand her feelings—the insecurity stemming from her appearance and figure, the jealousy seeing a colleague make a sale—but is this really the kind of employee Montbell China hires? Is this the humiliating experience Montbell China intends to offer its customers? What’s almost laughable is that their checkout counter had used, dirty tissue paper left on it, which was highly unprofessional and unsanitary. I don’t know if this reflects Montbell’s overall corporate culture, but I will escalate my complaint through the proper channels to ensure the headquarters’ marketing department is aware of such misconduct. Do they even want to do business? Are they here to lecture customers or to sell products? Or do I need to buy 16 items instead of six to earn Montbell’s respect? 服を投げつけ、不愛想な対応。この店の店員の態度は、 品性に難がある と表現するほかありません。Montbellブランドは以前から大好きで、そのデザインやブランド理念、 Function is beauty Light & Fast というコンセプトの素晴らしさも、アウトドア愛好者にぴったりだと思ってきました。Montbellの中国チームがリアル店舗をここまで質の低い水準で運営しているとは、想像すらできません。 今回店内で6点の衣類を購入しました。対応してくれた店員は、少し気が利かないところはあったものの、悪意は感じられなかったため、結局6,000元以上の商品を購入しました。会計時、担当店員が衣類を畳んでレジカウンターに置いていたところ、突然、ダサい丸眼鏡をかけたぽっちゃりした女性店員が来て、 邪魔しないで！私が作業するんだから と叫び、私の目の前で畳み終わった6点の衣類をわきへ放り投げたのです。彼女の心情は理解できないわけではありません。容姿や体型へのコンプレックス、同僚の成約を妬む気持ち…しかし、これがMontbell中国が採用する店員なのでしょうか？これがMontbell中国が消費者に提供したい 恥辱の体験 なのでしょうか？ 最も笑ってしまうのは、彼らのレジカウンターには、店員が使用した汚れた紙くずが置かれたままで、極めて不衛生かつプロ意識に欠けていることです。 これがMontbell全体の企業体質なのかはわかりませんが、階層を追って苦情を上げ、本社のマーケティング部門にこうした悪質な実態を伝えていきます。いったい商売をする気があるのか？お客を叱りつけるために来ているのか、それとも商品を販売するために来ているのか？16点も衣類を買わなければ、Montbellから一目置かれることはないのだろうか？
