可能是中大一院附近性价比最高的公寓酒店，价格合理，特别是停车方便一天40元，其他地方在中大一院周围一般每小时16元，一天单停车费就要160-300元不等。停车后去中大一院走路500米，虽然稍微远一点，但不靠大街道也享受了周围的安静。逸米的房间也是比较干净整洁的，阿姨打扫得比较勤快。楼下水果店和小吃店多。
