招牌菜鱼头泡饼,这大鱼头确实很棒,不过我更喜欢的是里面的饼,不是那种烙的薄饼,而是发面很充足的厚饼,内部蜂窝状,感觉有点像壮馍。这种饼更容易吸满汤汁,吃一个超级满足。其他的菜量也都不小,整体很棒。 订的包间,私密性也很好,服务到位,哪怕是过了饭点也能很快响应。

柴师兄鱼头泡饼:一口鲜到骨子里的京味惊喜 北京人嘴刁,能让我吃完还惦记三天的馆子不多,柴师兄鱼头泡饼绝对算一个——这哪是吃鱼头,分明是把“鲜”字熬进了骨子里。 刚坐下就闻见邻桌飘来的酱香,等服务员端着砂锅上桌,那股子鱼鲜混着秘制酱料的香气直往鼻子里钻。砂锅还咕嘟着小泡,大块的花鲢鱼头占满了半锅,鱼皮油亮Q弹,鱼肉雪白细嫩,筷子轻轻一夹就离骨,完全没有土腥味。先舀一勺汤泡米饭,咸香中带着微甜,鲜得能把舌头吞下去,连喝三勺都不过瘾。 最绝的还是现烙的家常饼,外皮金黄焦脆,咬开内里软乎乎的,裹满浓稠的鱼汤才是灵魂吃法。饼吸饱了汤汁,每一口都带着鱼鲜和酱香,嚼着还有面香回甘,根本停不下来。要是喜欢筋道口,还能让服务员把饼切成小块,煮在汤里再吃,吸满汤汁的饼块软而不烂,又是另一种风味。 服务员也透着股实在劲儿,点单时会主动提醒“鱼头分量足,两个人点小份够吃”,怕我们嫌腻还送了清爽的凉拌黄瓜。中途添汤特别及时,还会问要不要加饼,全程不啰嗦却很贴心。 临走时看见后厨窗口,师傅正现烙着一张张饼,热气腾腾的特别有烟火气。这馆子没有花里胡哨的装修,靠的就是实打实的味道和诚意,下次再想吃鱼头泡饼,我肯定还往这儿冲!
