同行的朋友是普宁人,等餐时看邻桌的肠粉冒着热气,米皮透着莹润的光泽,忍不住念叨:这家店好多潮汕人来吃,应该很正宗。 招牌普宁肠粉,粉皮裹着鲜嫩的牛肉、油润的虾米和香菇,淋上现调的豉油,酱汁的咸鲜裹着米浆的清甜,粉皮在齿间化开,牛肉的汁水溅满口腔。 普宁蒸米粉,端上来时吓了一跳,盘子堆得像座小山,米粉根根分明裹着油光,鸡蛋里包裹着米粉,底下藏着香菇丝、虾米和碎肉饼。朋友拌匀了尝第一口就说:“就是这个!蒸出来有嚼劲,不会软趴趴的。 柠檬汤底的墨鱼丸枸杞叶汤,青瓷碗里飘着几片柠檬,汤色清亮得像琥珀,墨鱼丸圆滚滚地浮在上面,咬开时弹得能溅出汁,鱼肉的鲜甜混着柠檬的微酸在舌尖炸开。说汤里的枸杞叶也有讲究的,梗嫩叶绿,烫得刚好保留着脆感。我开始觉得怪怪的,试着抿了一口,先是柠檬的清爽撞开味蕾,接着是骨汤的醇厚漫上来,最后留着一丝回甘,居然一点不腻。确实越喝越上头,连汤底里的柠檬片都忍不住嚼了。 会想起推门时撞上带着烟火气的风,老板说着潮汕口音喊 “里面有位,请进”,瞬间让我觉得早起的这顿早餐超值!
好久没来,发现店面装修了,环境确实不错,看起来干净舒适了好多。加了好多菜名,但是我这次点菜遇到了麻烦,像这个之前是叫炊面的,改了叫蒸面,我因为不清楚,想问问老板这个现在叫什么,老板有点不是很耐烦,我在那里一头雾水的,后面我好在靠猜才猜中是哪个,口味跟以往的一样好吃!就点菜那里有卡顿,其他都很完美! [糖果]性价比:高
巨难吃,前天买个肠粉,从来没爱过这么难吃的,肉肠7块,估计他卖100分猪都不伤皮毛,无敌难吃,一个肠粉我都吃不完,就知道多难吃
