据说在清朝时期的永春五里街,是繁荣的农副产品集散地,南北商贸往来频繁。便有商贩从家乡挑回2张八角桌和长条矮方凳摆起了伙摊。他们把东西放一起煮,由于食材煮熟后会在锅中翻滚—— 发出“ko ko ko”的声音,和“咯”的闽南语发音相似,“咯摊”也因此得名。“咯摊1912”沿传统制法,汤底用罗汉肉、后腿肉、大骨头熬制三小时,汤清澈味醇厚。 咯摊不仅是闽南人的集体智慧结晶,更体现了闽南人故里乡邻淳朴、和谐、包容的个性与海纳百川的品德!
