东西湖这也开了一家金口牛肉粉，看着开的时间也不短，牛肉粉分为糊汤和清汤，金口牛肉粉确实是糊汤的。汤头糊微微带点甜味，胡椒味并不是很重，估计经过了改良，但胡椒的香味其实是金口牛肉粉的灵魂。牛肉稍微有点煮过头了，过于松散，口感一般。
过早的店，牛肉面有两种口味，一种浓汤，糊状汤，一种轻汤，比较淡，都尝了下，还可以，牛肉时间炖久了，筷子一夹，就断了
