Tianyou Jingtie Beidaihe Hotel Jincheng Store West Beach Road, located at No. 1 Jianqiu Road, was originally the first area of the Beidaihe Sanatorium of the Beijing Railway Administration. It is situated in the central section of the famous tourist and summer resort - Beidaihe seaside. It leans against the lush and beautiful Lianfeng Mountain in the west and faces the magnificent sea in the south. It is separated from the seaside bathing beach by just one road, and it is a 7-minute drive from the Beidaihe exit of the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway. Before the liberation, it was the Jincheng Hotel. In 1912, Xu Shichang, a figure in the turmoil of the Republic of China, built a villa here. In 1919, when he was the president of the Republic of China at that time, he came to Beidaihe many times. The Jincheng Store covers an area of 9745.8 square meters about 15 mu, and the building area is 7555.9 square meters. There are 3 guest room buildings in the whole area with 93 rooms and 182 beds. The restaurant has one hall that can accommodate 60 people to dine at the same time, one middle hall that can accommodate 50 people to eat, and 6 private rooms, which can altogether receive 170 people to dine at the same time. There are 2 conference rooms in the area, and in the classroom style, 6080 people can sit respectively.
