味道很不错的拉面雪菜猪油汤底简简单单，但这种手工扯面口感很劲道，这种仅靠盐增加面条筋度的做法有点接近浦江的一根面，当然后者抻面手法更具有艺术性; 17￥的小排面真的不常见，菜场旁边总是能有这种宝藏小店
