1️⃣ Hidden in the city, quiet in the heart, elegant in the quiet, this guesthouse finds serenity amidst the hustle and bustle, located at No. 548, lower section of Renmin Road, Dali Old Town, Yunnan. It is close to the bustling Erhai Gate and food market of the ancient city, yet not facing any streets or roads. Nestled in an alley, it offers a serene retreat amidst the noise. Although small, it boasts a spacious yard with a garden, featuring pomegranate, persimmon, plum, cherry, waxberry, orange, hibiscus, osmanthus, hydrangea, hibiscus rosa-sinensis, begonia, lavender, rosemary, and various succulents and flowers. It is relatively quiet and comfortable For guests visiting in summer or autumn, you can enjoy the fun of picking your own pomegranates and other fruits in the small yard, and also savor the delicious taste of pure natural pomegranates and other fruits for free. Feel free to pick and taste as long as you dont waste Of course, there are also small animals such as blue kittens, white kittens, Brazilian turtles, hedgehogs, squirrels, hexagonal dragonfish, parrots, and more in the guesthouse yard please treat the small animals and plants in the yard kindly, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Especially for parents with children, please make sure to remind them. Thank you 2️⃣ Our guesthouse is just a small inn with only 8 guest rooms located within Dali Old City. To be honest, it definitely cannot compare to the hardware and decorations of high-end hotels or ultra-luxury inns. We dont have a 24-hour front desk on standby, nor do we have dedicated vehicles and personnel to pick up and drop off guests at the airport or train station. However, the software and amenities of our guesthouse are absolutely top-notch, especially the branded mattresses, pillows, air conditioning system, smart toilet, LCD TV, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, Midea humidifier, Xinxiangyin paper towels, imported sunscreen spray, hand cream, mosquito repellent tablets, and various disposable consumables such as disposable slippers, disposable toilet seat covers, disposable travel bathtub bags, disposable toothbrushes and combs, disposable paper cups, etc. They are definitely very high-end, and to be honest, even surpass the standards of most high-end hotels. 3️⃣ On the third floor of our guesthouse, we have a washing machine with a drying function, an ironing machine, and a drying area that are specially provided for guests and friends free of charge. In the tea room on the first floor, we have prepared candies, fruits, beverages, alcohol, peanuts, sunflower seeds, tea leaves and tea sets, bottled mineral water, different flavors of instant noodles, and more for guests and friends free of charge. The guesthouse also opens its kitchen on the first floor for guests to use free of charge. If guests and friends want to cook for themselves or experience the delicious Dali ingredients and cooking, they can go to the local market in Dali to buy some fresh ingredients and cook by themselves to experience a different travel experience please note to use fire, electricity, and gas safely in the kitchen to avoid any safety accidents ‼️4️⃣ From the gate of our guesthouse, you can walk to the main street of the ancient city, Renmin Road, in less than 30 seconds. It takes less than 3 minutes to reach the Erhai Gate of the ancient city and the bustling food market next to it. Specialty food snacks, various bars, dining, entertainment, shopping, and transportation are all very convenient. Our guesthouse does not have a private parking lot, but there are several large public paid parking lots nearby, which are convenient for self-driving guests to park and stay. 5️⃣ One more important point please read carefully before booking . Since Andy became our part-time manager i.e., a free volunteer manager of our guesthouse, he has established three core guesthouse philosophies first, to run a warm guesthouse and meet warm people; second, we only welcome approachable guests, and we do not serve condescending customers; third, our guesthouse does not pursue pure commercial benefits or cater to guests, but we deeply pursue emotional value and authentic accommodation experiences for both parties. Even at the risk of receiving complaints from guests and penalties from the platform, we hope to adhere to our guesthouse philosophy and principles.
