搜索周边发现望京有一家韩式烤猪蹄 猪蹄脑袋怀着探索的精神过来一探究竟 没想到居然还不错😋 简单评价 1️⃣火火烤肘蹄 是烤猪肘和烤猪蹄的双拼!点的微辣的,但感觉更多的是肉香和微甜的味道,辣味不是很明显,平时不吃辣的也可以尝试~猪蹄满满的胶原蛋白简直太香了,猪肘肉会相对瘦一点,很有肉感,双拼组合满足加倍🥰不知道怎么挑选的点这个肯定没错~ 2️⃣海鲜葱饼 满满的海鲜料很足!饼边脆脆的,糯糯的面饼包裹着海鲜口感特别丰富,还配了专门的蘸汁,配着吃很鲜甜 3️⃣鸡蛋羹 这家的鸡蛋羹和平常吃到的不太一样,整体造型像个舒芙蕾小蛋糕一样,看着蓬蓬软软的,用勺子挖下去有个意外的层次,入嘴是软嫩的口感又带着鲜香,很值得尝试!算是这家店的意外小惊喜~ 4️⃣韩式辣炒五花肉 也是传统的韩式甜辣味道,依然不会很辣,分量很足,五花肉也是有厚度的那种,肥瘦相间,在一众菜品里算是中规中矩的一道 ☑️店里好多韩国人来吃,韩式烤猪蹄是第一次尝试,周围也有不少韩餐小店可以多试试 💰人均:100左右 但有一点需要改进,上菜贼慢,配菜吃饱了,猪蹄子才上,一大盘子猪蹄也没吃几口
一直想来望京逛逛….今天和家人一起逛望京顺便在火火猪蹄吃了一顿烤肘蹄。 他们家烤肘蹄是必点的,我们三个人点了小份肘蹄(里面有肘子还有猪蹄),炒年糕,米肠和冷面🍜 烤肘蹄:我们选微辣,猪蹄外皮糯香四溢咬一口 Q弹都是胶原蛋白 ,肘花甜中带点儿辣还有点炭火味儿,吃到嘴里一点儿都不腻。 冷面 :酸甜冰凉的非常清爽可口。 米肠:正不正宗我不在道,不过味道很不错,糯糯软软的也没有猪血的腥味,非常好吃。 炒年糕:味道还可以。 总体来看还是不错的,就是离我们太远了偶尔来一次还是可以的[憨笑]
望京这片儿的老店了,一如既往的好吃。位置在大厦二层还是三层来着,很好找,店面明显。老板服务态度很好,热情周到。「烤肘蹄」猪蹄量大,做得软烂又入味。「菜包肉」肉肉超级多,皮焦焦的又有嚼劲。他家小菜做得也很好吃,喜欢黄瓜
