对这家酒店一直认为性价比还不错，停车方便，生活机能也方便，所以才会选择续住。但是，昨天办理续住时，12点半拿房卡去前台过卡，过完了卡上楼还是不能开门，我只能请朋友再去前台再次过卡，虽然这是小事，但是，酒店员工训练的基本功真的有改善的必要。
