弘扬民族文化,传统工艺熬制。 姜母鸭是福建传统名吃,因为高超的烹饪工艺,曾经被作为宫廷御膳。姜母鸭汤秋冬祛肺燥,春夏祛暑湿。养胃健脾,舒筋活血、祛寒化痰功效。龙城霸味台湾姜母鸭2009年创立。 鸭肉选用农家红头番鸭,用冷压黑芝麻油烹饪,极品老姜、小黄姜小火闷炖。烹饪过程不加一点水,不加味精、鸡精和盐。烧出来的鸭肉姜汁浓郁,姜香醇厚。姜母汤用红皮甘蔗+台湾32位中药包+老干姜熬制9个小时。 姜母鸭是商代名医吴仲研究出来的,中药调配而成的皇家独家秘方,搭配用麻仁油炒红头番鸭肉,加以老姜、烧酒炖煮。味道鲜美,香气扑鼻。皇帝食用后,精神抖擞,筋脉通畅,对此大为赞赏。被奉为滋养进补圣品。
