整体算是中规中矩的一餐,没有特别惊艳但也不算踩雷。鱼片切得还算薄,入口能尝到嫩滑感,不过部分边缘有点碎,夹的时候得小心,而且分量不算多,捞了几下就见底了,感觉酸菜占比更高些。酸菜的酸香还算自然,不会齁咸,但少了点老坛发酵的醇厚感,吃着不够有记忆点。汤底辣度适中,喝着不燥,不过后味有点淡,配米饭刚好,但也没到想连喝几碗的程度。 性价比只能说一般,两个人吃一份鱼再加点小菜,人均下来不算便宜,而且没有可选辣度的选项,不太适合不吃辣的朋友。偶尔想吃酸菜鱼解解馋可以试试
今天中午去了,大盆的酸菜鱼只是铺了一层鱼片,说是现杀就不要骗人了,那个鱼片老成这样 ,现杀完回了几次锅的吗?大盆鸡公煲 ,鸡肉冰冻腌制的,吃了两口青椒放弃了。不会再去第二次…!!!
