踏入青砖灰瓦的岭南庭院,白瓷茶盏叮咚声与陈皮普洱的醇香已勾勒出老广食韵。玻璃明档后,头戴白帽的师傅正为古法烧鹅淋上滚油,琥珀色脆皮裂开时渗出清亮的鹅油,蘸酸梅酱入口,脂香如绸缎滑过喉头,皮下竟无半分肥腻。每日码头直送的龙趸鱼,仅以豉汁清蒸,鱼肉蒜瓣般层层绽开,舌尖轻抵便化作一汪鲜甜,垫底的胜瓜吸尽海鲜精华仍泛着翡翠色。最惊艳是三十年老卤熬制的鲍汁扣鹅掌,胶质黏唇却不腥膻,花菇与干贝的馥郁沉在盏底,舀一勺拌入丝苗米饭,镬气与贵气交融。若说美中不足,虾饺皮略失透薄韧性,但一碟沙姜凤爪的弹嫩、一钵姬松茸炖鹧鸪汤的澄澈,已让人在咸甜鲜的变奏中窥见粤菜“大味至淡”的哲学。人均150元,值回每口对食材本味的虔诚。离店时瞥见阿婆用银剪慢拆蟹粉小笼包,方知广府食客的挑剔里,藏着对烟火岁月的温柔偏执。
整体感觉很一般。 「芝麻手撕鸡」有点偏咸. 「煎酿豆腐」还可以 「茶树菇炒牛肉」牛肉比较嫩
