酒店外观非常的奢华，进入大堂给我一种低调优雅的感觉，进入大堂迎面就是服务人员非常热情亲切的打招呼，房间非常的标准，床垫也很的舒服，淋浴间卫生也很干净，工作人员都非常的专业很熟练的应对各种问题，处理问题非常的出色，能够及时为客人提供服务。很明显的能感觉到酒店服务的用心，退房的时候告诉前台工作人员晚上因为一点问题没有休息好，前台ZMT首先把原因问清楚，处理事情也很用心，服务态度很好强
More房间各项环境设施卫生还不错，停车方便，只是洗澡热水有些凉，精美伴手礼也没见到，总体还不错
More连续住了好几天了，房间卫生很干净，酒店设施齐全办理入住的时候前台员工还会询问对房间楼层高低和位置朝向有没有要求，基本有求必应，要的是我喜欢的河景位置！住的是他们的行政大床房，整体住下来很好。最后退房走的时候不小心遗留了一些物品，前台小姐姐ZMT打电话联系我的，后面又帮忙把东西寄了回来，服务真的很好！
