More第一次来到合肥，想吃完家乡太和的美食羊肉板面，看到这家牛肉的，就进去尝试，老板确是是太和的，卤鸡爪跟老家的一样，松软脱骨，一口嗦下去骨肉分离，味道不错，就是面不行，没有我们太和当地的面有劲道，把面改一改就完美了。
